Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff management to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
- Manage inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
- Oversee POS systems such as Toast for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Supervise food & drink prep as well as catering service operations to uphold high standards
- Train, develop, and mentor staff through effective training programs and ongoing performance evaluations.
- Handle staffing responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, scheduling shifts, and supervising team members to foster a motivated workforce.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hospitality best practices across all departments.
- Cultivate a welcoming atmosphere by delivering outstanding customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly. Make our customers feel like family.
- Lead by example in managing hospitality teams with enthusiasm, leadership skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Skills
- Extensive experience in food service management within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments.
- Proven ability in supervising teams with strong leadership skills in restaurant management settings.
- Expertise in managing POS systems such as Toast; proficient in cash handling procedures.
- Strong background in inventory control, food safety management, and food handling protocols.
- Demonstrated experience with kitchen management, culinary operations and catering/events.
- Skilled in managing hospitality teams through training & development initiatives; capable of interviewing and onboarding new staff.
- Competent in budgeting, profit & loss analysis, shift management, and overall food industry operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- Ability to lead with energy and motivation while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
