Location: Sioux City, IA
Job Overview:
- Shifts Available: 2 days per week (Day shift)
- Job Type: Part-time
- Pay Rate: $40–$60/hour (based on DOT certification status and experience)
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational health and wellness services in an outpatient setting.
- Conduct DOT physicals and other assessments (training available if not currently DOT certified).
- Collaborate with physical therapy and occupational therapy teams to support patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Iowa.
- DOT certification preferred (willing to train if not currently certified).
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Must clear a satisfactory background check, which may include criminal history, employment verification, and drug screen.
