Job Summary:
We are currently seeking courteous, dependable, and energetic Golf Services Attendants to join our Golf Department. This front-line position is essential to delivering the exceptional member and guest experience our club is known for. The ideal candidate has a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and enjoys working in an outdoor golf environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and departure with a professional, friendly attitude
- Assist with loading and unloading golf bags
- Stage and clean golf carts for member and guest use
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bag drop, cart barn, and practice facilities
- Monitor and restock supplies such as scorecards, towels, tees, and water stations
- Provide information about tee times, course rules, or general club information
- Support golf operations staff with tournaments, outings, and events
- Ensure golf experience meets club standards of excellence
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in golf or hospitality setting preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
