We are looking for licensed NC Massage Therapists who want strong earning potential, flexible scheduling, an established client base, and a professional environment built around therapists and clients.
We are a No Contracts. No Membership Fees. No Hassles!®" Center. That means our therapists focus on providing excellent massage — not selling memberships, pushing renewals, or meeting quotas.
Compensation
- Starting commission: 47% of the full retail price of every treatment
- Annual commission increases up to 50%
- At our current treatment mix, 47% represents approximately $45 per average treatment before gratuity
- $3 bonus for repeat-request appointments
- Premium pay on Sundays
- Therapists receive 100% of their gratuities

Additional certifications are required for certain specialized modalities.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
We currently have particularly strong opportunities for therapists who can work some combination of days including:

You do not need to leave another practice or commit to a traditional employee schedule. For the right therapist, Zen can also be an excellent place to add productive treatment hours to an existing schedule.
