Marketing & Real Estate Intern (Part-Time)

About the Role
The Saltbox Team is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Real Estate Intern to help grow our brand and support our day-to-day marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or motivated high school graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, social media, and real estate.
Responsibilities
- Create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms
- Capture and edit photos and short-form videos
- Assist with client events and community outreach
- Prepare marketing materials, including mailers and Golden Letters
- Schedule appointments with vendors and local professionals
- Help organize marketing campaigns and other administrative projects
Qualifications
- College student, recent graduate, or motivated high school graduate
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Passion for social media and content creation
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (preferred but not required)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
