We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas while providing exceptional service. This position plays a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a clean and pleasant stay.
Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust guest rooms and common areas.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, mirrors, fixtures, and surfaces.
- Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms.
- Restock housekeeping carts and supplies.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to management.
- Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures.
- Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with laundry or public area cleaning when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 30 pounds, and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
