Join Our Quality Assurance Team
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting quality initiatives across the organization by auditing patient records, evaluating data accuracy, monitoring processes, and gathering patient feedback. This position helps uphold Prism's standards for quality, compliance, and exceptional customer service while contributing to ongoing operational improvements.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and professionalism are essential.
A Day in the Life...
- Audit new and existing patient files to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Conduct patient satisfaction surveys and document patient feedback, with customer outreach representing a significant portion of daily responsibilities.
- Review audit findings and identify trends requiring follow-up or process improvement.
- Navigate internal systems to locate, retrieve, and validate information for auditing purposes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and operational partners through phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools.
- Support administrative and quality-related projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support organizational goals and quality initiatives.
- Maintain professionalism when handling sensitive or challenging situations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to contribute beyond assigned responsibilities and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities and provide support to other functional areas as needed.
- Work independently and collaboratively on assigned projects and initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Education & Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six months of experience in a customer-focused or customer service environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer navigation and data-entry skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- General knowledge of healthcare operations, medical business practices, or related healthcare environments.
- Previous quality assurance, auditing, customer experience, or healthcare support experience.
