JOB PURPOSE
The Studio Production Clerk II will provide administrative and operational assistance to the Studio Production team. The
Clerk is responsible for coordinating communication, managing schedules, facilitating studio activities, and supporting
the execution of production-related tasks. This role ensures efficient workflow, timely response to internal stakeholders,
and organized studio operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The Studio Production Clerk 2 role is responsible for answering
incoming telephone calls and serving as the initial point of contact for inquiries courteously and professionally. The Clerk
will respond promptly and accurately to emails related to Studio Production questions and requests. The role
coordinates staff schedules to ensure adequate operational coverage and supports the effective functioning of the
Studio Production team. It manages and organizes video production requests by communicating timelines, expectations,
and project details to internal clients and staff members. The position books studio time for training sessions, podcast
recordings, and other approved activities while maintaining an accurate studio calendar. The role schedules internal and
cross-departmental team meetings. Additionally, the position assists with Studio Production staff member meetings by
preparing necessary documents, supporting meeting operations, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure completion.

Qualifications
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
Must have a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE
One to two years of administrative support experience, preferably in a production, communications, or multimedia
environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook calendar management. Strong written and verbal
communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational and
customer service skills.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Working Conditions: Work is performed primarily in an office and studio production environment and requires sedentary
to light physical effort. Duties involve prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and frequent use of computers, telephones,
and audiovisual equipment. Requires constant visual acuity, hearing, manual dexterity, and repetitive hand movements
associated with keyboarding, scheduling, data entry, and communication activities. May occasionally bend, stoop, twist,
pull, and lift or carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds. Frequent interaction with employees, management, vendors,
guests, and internal clients is required. Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while
maintaining professionalism, organization, and a high level of customer service.
