New hires will enter our structured training program to develop expertise in QA methodologies and software testing using our proprietary tools. Our clients manage high-stakes projects worldwide, from global entertainment tours to Fortune 500 corporate events. To meet these demands, we deliver “Ritz-level Service” by ensuring seamless, reliable software performance.
Our QA team thrives on proactively identifying and solving problems, ensuring our clients’ success. By listening carefully and acting swiftly, we tackle complex issues with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Test and validate software functionality to ensure it meets client needs.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues throughout the software lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers and clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Apply a "teachable support" approach: fix issues and suggest preventive measures.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly while maintaining ownership of the process.
- Work cohesively with team members to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated success in problem-solving and teaching others.
- A strong interest in software quality assurance; prior experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on patience and professionalism.
- Ability to quickly learn and master software tools, becoming an expert user.
