<Duties>

- Develop comprehensive curricula that incorporate cultural elements, real-world scenarios, and multimedia resources
- Utilize learning technology tools to enhance lesson engagement and track student progress
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to reinforce language concepts and address individual needs
- Manage classroom environments effectively, encouraging participation and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Assess student performance regularly through quizzes, conversations, and written assignments
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, or program coordinators to ensure consistent progress and support
<Skills>
- Strong proficiency in Spanish with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning for diverse learners
- Knowledge of learning technology platforms used in language education
- Proven ability to work with children, teens, or adult learners in educational settings
- Classroom management skills to create an engaging and respectful learning environment
- Familiarity with teaching additional languages such as Mandarin, English, French, Japanese or childcare is a plus
- Background in early childhood education or preschool experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt lessons for special education needs or literacy education
- Writing skills for creating clear instructional materials and assessments
