About the Role
We're seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support core accounting operations and help drive our accounts payable processes to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys bringing order and accuracy to day-to-day financial operations.
You'll work closely with the broader Accounting team, supporting both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice coding, matching, and timely payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Assist with general ledger entries and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with operations and leadership on inventory maintenance, costing, and Physical Inventory support
- Identify opportunities to streamline AP processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
- NetSuite experience
- Comfortable working with large data sets
