- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within a med spa setting to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the treatment area.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology and anatomy to effectively assess client needs.
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to occupational health and patient service.
- Proficiency in various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
