We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate nurse to join our healthcare team, dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in home care setting.
Duties
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations,
- Administer medications and injections accurately following HIPAA guidelines and aseptic techniques, including IV infusions and catheter care
- Manage acute pain and chronic conditions through tailored treatment plans while providing education on health coaching and disease management strategies.
- Assist in procedures including ventilator management and ostomy care
- Maintain meticulous medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards for quality assurance.
Requirements
- Valid RN license in good standing with current CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience with critical care practices including airway management, ventilator support, infectious disease care, and acute care procedures.
- Skilled in performing physical examinations, medical-surgical nursing tasks, IV administration, and specimen collection/processing.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
