The Human Resources Manager position will be located in our Pensacola Headquarters office. This position will support Executive Staff members as requested. This is a full-time position, typically working Monday through Friday. Some travel required (25% or less).
Responsibilities
- Build new HR Processes and Procedures that align with the business objectives and Federal guidelines
- Oversee and ensure compliance with HR Federal initiatives and mandates
- Administer SCA/WD requirements
- Enhance, manage and maintain Company benefits program
- Provide expertise, knowledge, insight and recommendations on the sustainment and improvement of Deltek Costpoint as it relates to HR processing, payroll, and Time and Expense
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in HR, Accounting, or Business Administration
- At least 5 years experience managing a Human Resource Department
- At least 5 years experience working with the Federal Government as a Contractor
- Working knowledge of Federal and State HR laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
- Ability to effectively communicate/collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions both verbally and in writing
Preferred qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Prior government contracting experience in HR or Payroll
- High Preference: Working knowledge of Costpoint (Deltek) system for HRIS & Payroll
