We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Kitchen Cabinet Designer to join our innovative team. Duties
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for kitchen remodeling projects
- Create detailed layout designs using 2020 Cyncly design software, incorporating lighting, fixtures, and finishing touches
- Conduct product demonstrations and showcase custom cabinetry options to clients, emphasizing features and benefits
- Engage in inside and outside sales activities, building strong customer relationships and identifying upselling opportunities for additional remodeling or fixture sales
- Negotiate project terms, pricing, and deal closing while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction
- Assist clients with lighting design, interior layout planning, and overall space optimization for kitchens
- Manage project timelines, stock levels, and merchandising to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in kitchen or interior design with a strong portfolio of remodeling projects
- Skilled in cabinet design software, and Microsoft Office tools for documentation and presentations
- Demonstrated success in high-end retail or construction sales environments with a focus on customer service excellence
- Knowledge of renovation processes, construction experience, and fixture installation best practices
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of deal closing and upselling in construction or remodeling sales

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
