Garden Ranch Assisted Living is a small, assisted living home that provides care to the elderly. We are a state licensed facility with up to 8 residents in the home. These are 24 hour shifts. 0600 Tuesday to 0600 Wednesday and 0600 Thursday to 0600 Friday.
Position Summary:
The QMAP / Caregiver supports residents with daily living activities while ensuring safe and accurate medication administration in accordance with Colorado regulations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining residents’ dignity, comfort, and overall well-being.
Job Duties to include:
Resident personal care, meal preparation, adherence to physician orders for medication administration, housekeeping/cleaning duties, companionship and resident engagement.
Full Time Position Available (2 24 hour shifts/week)
Compensation: Starting at $18.00-$19.50 per hour plus OT
Required:
· Current Colorado QMAP certification
· Ability to pass background check and TB screening
· CPR / First Aid certification
· Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer 200+ pounds and assist residents with mobility
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- May be exposed to infectious diseases, bodily fluids, and cleaning chemicals.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
- Comfortable working in a residential care environment
Pay: $18.00 - $19.50 per hour
