Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team in Mobile, Alabama. This position is responsible for improving manufacturing processes, supporting production operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.

Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes
- Support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives
- Analyze production data and KPI trends
- Develop process documentation and work instructions
- Support SAP production planning and inventory processes
- Improve material flow and manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Production, and IT teams
Qualifications
- Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering experience
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
