The Service Sales Manager is responsible for the Growth of the Service Business Line and Management / Retention of existing Service Customers.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•
Continue 20%+ Annual CAGR for Service Business
•
Work in collaborative manner with Manager of Service Operations to achieve Customer Satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and Service Business goals
•
Work in collaborative manner with Construction Sales Manager to maximize Service Agreement Conversion Rate
•
Grow and Develop the Service Sales Team
•
Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring of the Service Salespeople on a one on one basis.
•
Provide strategic direction and coaching to Service Salespeople to increase close rate and individual deal volume.
•
Ensure all Service Salespeople have and are executing personal development plans
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Understanding of and accomplished in the selling of intangible services.
- Motivational, Inspirational Front – Line Leader
- The ability and desire to actively train, mentor and develop the Service Sales Team
- Accomplished in and able to teach Value Added sales
- A desire to be in front of customers, taking a front-line role with the Service Sales Team “teaching by doing”.
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers and team to drive business results
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and financial management skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ Years proven, successful Sales and/or Sales Management experience.
- BS or BA.
- Experience in the Building / Facilities Industry
- Accomplished and able to mentor reports on SPIN, Strategic Selling, Large Account Management (or equivalent).
- Accomplished with and able to mentor reports on Financial Selling.
Sales Manager is eligible for commission payouts.
