No Fish Monger experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training for motivated team members.

What You'll Do

Clean, fillet, portion, and prepare fresh fish and seafood

Create attractive seafood displays for guests

Maintain freshness, quality, and product rotation standards

Assist guests with seafood selections and recommendations

Support inventory, stocking, and organization of storage areas
