Position Type: Potential Direct Hire
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead the accounting and financial reporting functions for a global manufacturing organization. This role is responsible for overseeing all accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance while partnering closely with executive leadership to support strategic business decisions and drive operational performance.

- Oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, inventory, and fixed assets.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Coordinate annual audits and tax preparation with external auditors.
- Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial performance and manufacturing efficiencies.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly financial forecasting.
- Analyze financial results, prepare variance reports, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls while ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
- Support strategic planning, capital investment initiatives, and other financial projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting global operations, including foreign entities and financial consolidations.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as M1, Epicor, NetSuite, or similar.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- CPA or CMA certification.
- Experience implementing or enhancing ERP and accounting systems.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
