Duties
- Perform injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and care, ensuring client safety and satisfaction
- Administer esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other skin rejuvenation procedures in accordance with best practices
- Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Manage client communication effectively through appointment scheduling, follow-up care, and addressing questions or concerns
- Assist with product demos, retail sales, and upselling skincare products to enhance client results and satisfaction
- Utilize salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling, record keeping, and client management
- Support front desk operations including guest services, appointment confirmations, and administrative tasks
- Stay current on industry trends by participating in ongoing training related to esthetic treatments, hair styling, lash extensions, tattooing, makeup application, and other beauty services
Experience
- Valid nursing license with experience working as an aesthetic nurse or in a med spa setting preferred
- Proven expertise in injection administration including botulinum toxin and dermal fillers
- Hands-on experience with esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and skin rejuvenation techniques
- Strong background in customer service within the beauty or healthcare industry
- Knowledge of salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly desirable
- Familiarity with social media management for promoting services and engaging clients is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients about treatments and skincare routines
- Experience working with diverse aesthetic procedures including hair threading, eyelash extensions, nail care, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, tattooing, makeup application, straight razor shaves, deep tissue massage or other related services is advantageous

Pay: $34.48 - $41.53 per hour
