Massage Therapist Responsibilities
- Customize massage sessions based on each client's needs and wellness goals
- Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through professionalism and outstanding service
- Support membership growth through client retention and referrals
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in treatment rooms and common areas
- Accurately document services and client recommendations
Qualifications
- Active Massage Therapy License in accordance with state requirements
- Current professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage
- Additional modalities are a plus, including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
