At Cattlemens, every great guest experience starts behind the scenes with a dedicated prep team. As a PM Prep Person, you’ll play a vital role in preparing fresh, high-quality ingredients that help our cooks and servers deliver the exceptional food and hospitality we’re known for.
What You’ll Do

Quickly, efficiently, and consistently prepare fresh food items according to Cattlemens recipes and standards.

Ensure adequate quantities of ingredients are ready to support service and maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Assist cooks by keeping the line stocked, organized, and ready for peak hours.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times.

Maintain a clean and organized prep area.

Prioritize guest satisfaction by supporting the kitchen and service teams in delivering outstanding meals.
What We’re Looking For

Strong work ethic and ability to stay focused in a fast-paced kitchen.

Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Ability to follow recipes and preparation instructions accurately.

Prior kitchen or prep experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person.
