Compensation
- Uncapped earning potential
- Expected commission earnings: $75,000 – $200,000+
- $1,500-$5K weekly average
- Weekly and monthly performance incentives available
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers
- Educate customers on moving services and available options
- Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process
- Prepare and present moving quotes
- Follow up with leads and customers in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records within company systems
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to learn and apply sales techniques and company processes
- Basic computer skills
