Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting and reporting relevant details.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, dock spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

Monitor the movement of visitors, vendors, and/or drivers entering and leaving the location, following post procedures for access control and reporting discrepancies.

Support loss prevention efforts by observing packages, trailers, and/or operational areas for suspicious activity, damaged property, and/or policy violations, then communicating concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
