Job Description
City Center is seeking Property Services Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be a visible presence across our downtown campus, supporting our property operations and the overall experience of residents, tenants, visitors, and staff. This position combines elements of customer service, environmental support, and facilities assistance.
The Property Services team acts as an extension of Property Management, reporting to the Property Services Assistant Manager or Property Services General Manager, depending on shift. The Associates assist with helping to keep spaces clean, accessible, welcoming, and secure while serving as approachable ambassadors for the community.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Community Support
- Serve as a friendly and approachable presence across the community.
- Greet and assist tenants, residents, employees, guests, and visitors.
- Assist with lock-outs.
- Handle after-hours move ins.
- Provide directions, local recommendations, and event information.
- Help resolve tenant/resident concerns and de-escalate conflicts when needed.
- Respond to noise complaints and other requests.
- Proactively monitor parking access areas.
- Assist with parking or access issues as they arise.
- Review cameras as needed.
- Activate and distribute access keys.
Facility & Environmental Support
- Walk and monitor parking facilities, amenity spaces, lobbies, bridges, walkways, and trash rooms.
- Help maintain cleanliness and order (light sweeping, trash collection, straightening furniture, etc.).
- Report more extensive maintenance needs and submit work orders.
- Assist with locking/unlocking spaces according to building schedules.
- Conduct occupancy checks in closed spaces.
- Observe and resolve/report lease violations or other disturbances.
Safety & Emergency Readiness
- Act as point of contact for onsite emergencies and unusual situations.
- Monitor trespassing and high risk areas.
- Respond appropriately to medical, weather, fire, or other urgent events (training provided).
- Notify and coordinate with Property Management or emergency services as required.
- Maintain accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Support troubleshooting of access or parking equipment
Technical, Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods (6–8 hours with breaks) , with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Comfort using technology (Microsoft Office, reporting systems, email, etc.).
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and document activity clearly.
- Prior experience in customer service, facilities support, or security helpful, but training is available for qualified candidates.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
