We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy while maintaining a schedule that works for you.
Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans

Provide therapy for communication, cognition, and dysphagia management

Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, physicians, and families

Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:
