Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician/Helper to join our team! The starting position is available ASAP and is part-time, but has the potential to be full time. Most of our cleanings take place Monday through Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm. (These days and times do fluctuate depending on the type of cleaning) These hours are perfect for but not limited to Moms with kids in school, or college students taking online or night courses. The ideal candidate would be reliable, friendly and trustworthy. They would also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We have a wonderful team and amazing clients! Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize restrooms and kitchen facilities.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other specialized tools.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness standards and customer service.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
- Previous experience in cleaning homes is preferred but not required. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Familiarity with toxin free cleaning products and safety procedures is a plus.
