Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Salary: $55,000–$68,000 annually (based on experience)

Kidtastic Kids Preschool is seeking a compassionate, creative, and dedicated Preschool Special Education Teacher to support preschool-aged children with special needs in a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lessons aligned with IEP goals and NYS Learning Standards
- Implement the HighScope Curriculum
- Adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
- Support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Monitor student progress and maintain documentation for IEP reporting
- Collaborate with families, CPSE teams, therapists, and related service providers
- Participate in parent conferences, CPSE meetings, and parent training activities
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or related field
- NYS Special Education Certification (Birth–Grade 2 or Students with Disabilities)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children with special needs
- Knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
Preferred
- Master's Degree
- Experience with FBAs and BIPs
- Knowledge of best practices in early childhood special education
- Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for inclusive education
