You’ll be resolving concerns, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Whether you're handling an issue or just scheduling a service, your work will make a real impact every day.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Follow-up on internal leads

Communicate clearly with customers via phone, email, and written documentation

Ability to properly explain and schedule services

Demonstrate understanding and professionalism in all customer interactions

Assist in resolving issues

Strong background in customer service and following-up on leads

Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong listening skills

High level of attention to detail with strong communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Experience working in sales

This is an in office position and requires sitting and working on a computer for several hours at a time

Someone who can work Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am until 5pm, except Saturday's which will be 9am until 2pm
