Sol Womens Treatment is a mental health and addiction treatment facility for Women located in Riverside, California. Our mission is to guide women toward a healthier, happier, and more productive life. We offer an intensive outpatient day-time only treatment program for conditions such as substance use disorder, alcohol addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. At Sol, we believe in the connection between mind and body, and we focus on self-love, healthy lifestyle choices, strengthening relationships, and finding greater purpose in life. We provide PHP, IOP, and OP levels of care.

What You’ll Do
This is a part-time role for an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing office administrative duties, communicating effectively with clients and staff, and scheduling and coordinating care for clients in the program. The role will also involve performing clerical tasks and maintaining organizational systems. This is an on-site role located at our treatment center in historic Downtown Riverside.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for clients
- Open the office and ensure readiness for client arrival
- Be sensitive to cultural issues, past trauma, and other confidential client issues
- Provide collaborative support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Follow-up and respond to client care and service requests
- Answer client and client’s family phone calls, directing to the appropriate team member
- Verify service hours for billing and payroll purposes
- Perform office administrative tasks in support of the team
Who You Are
- Passion for helping others achieve their personal goals in the context of SUD and mental health treatment
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary small team environment
- High School degree or GED equivalent
- Experience in providing customer service and/or clerical fieldwork
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate office equipment including computer, calculator, copier, FAX
- Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- CPR and First-Aid Certification preferred (not required); company sponsorship available
- At least 1 year experience working in the Mental Health or Substance Use Disorder industry preferred (not required)

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
