About the Role:
As a Receiving Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our receiving operations. This position is hands-on, detail-oriented, and integral to keeping our supply chain running smoothly. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values initiative, professionalism, and a drive for operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and organized inventory flow.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide support and knowledge sharing to peers on best practices and system workflows.
- Accurately manage inventory adjustments in our digital systems.
- Participate in team huddles and interdepartmental communications.
- Take ownership of your work, bring ideas to the table, and help elevate team performance.
