We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties
- Assemble electrical components and subassemblies according to detailed schematics and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment to accurately wire, solder, and mount electronic parts
- Perform surface mount technology (SMT) assembly and soldering on small-scale electronic components
- Conduct quality inspections following IPC 610 standards to verify solder joints, component placement, and overall assembly integrity
- Utilize measuring instruments such as calipers and ohmmeters to test electrical connections and component specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols during all assembly processes
Qualifications
- Proven experience in manufacturing or electronics assembly, with a strong understanding of electrical wiring and schematics
- Familiarity with PCB assembly, surface mount technology (SMT), and soldering techniques
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus but not required
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical schematics accurately
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, calipers, and testing equipment such as ohmmeters
- Mechanical aptitude combined with electrical experience for troubleshooting and assembly tasks
- Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards and quality requirements
