Contemporary Home Construction (CHC Remodeling) is a growing residential remodeling company specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, whole-home renovations, and custom home improvement projects.
We are looking for a motivated, professional, and relationship-driven In-Home Remodeling Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their vision, and help guide them through the remodeling process from consultation to signed contract.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home consultations.
- Listen to clients' goals, needs, and budgets.
- Recommend remodeling solutions that fit each client's vision.
- Prepare and present project proposals and estimates.
- Build trust through honest, consultative selling.
- Follow up with prospective clients to answer questions and close sales.
- Coordinate with our office staff, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth transition after contracts are signed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and project updates.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience from the first meeting through project kickoff.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in sales with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals.
- General knowledge of residential construction and remodeling practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and office staff.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Construction or home improvement sales experience is preferred, but experienced sales professionals with a strong track record are encouraged to apply.
