Seeking a professional cleaner. The cleaner will maintain all public spaces to employer standards. Duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, surface cleaning, dusting, and bathroom services. Attention to detail and positive attitude a must. The right person must PASS A BACKGOUND CHECK, have transportation, be punctual, be dependable, and thorough.
· Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces
· Performs general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of floors
· Using vacuuming equipment
· Dispose of trash from bins and containers
· Polishing furniture and room accessories as needed
· Scrubbing sinks, basins, and toilets in public bathrooms
· Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
· Maintaining and upkeep of all cleaning equipment supplies and products
· Ensuring safe and sanitary storage and care of products
Cleaner Requirements
· Ability to follow verbal and written directions
· Ability to work well alone, and with a partner or team
· Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties
· Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines, excellent time management skills
· Pay attention to detail when cleaning
· Organized and able to follow a schedule
· Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time, ability to lift up to 25-30lbs.
· General knowledge of cleaning products, supplies, and techniques for cleaning.
Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred; training will be provided.
Pay: $14.50 - $15.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Custodial Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
