Our company is looking for a Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong learning skills in real estate and finance, as well as excellent communication skills. The Loan Officer will be responsible for processing loan applications, reviewing financial documents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Bilingual candidates preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and review financial documents from loan applicants.
- Evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants.
- Advise loan applicants on their options and the best course of action.
- Verify income, assets, and liabilities of loan applicants.
- Negotiate terms of loans with loan applicants.
- Maintain a current knowledge of lending regulations and compliance standards.
- Provide excellent customer service to loan applicants.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
