Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves educating children aged 6 weeks to 11 years, implementing engaging curriculum activities, and ensuring the overall welfare of each child in our care.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare and development.
- Monitor and assess children's progress through observations and assessments, providing feedback to parents as needed.
- Organize classroom activities that promote learning through play, including arts and crafts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students.
Experience
- High school diploma required
- Previous experience working in a classroom setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
