Position Overview
We're seeking a leader who:

This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into leadership and help us continue building a company known for excellence.
Location Requirement: This position is based in Mechanicsville, VA and serves homeowners throughout the Richmond area. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance and be able to report to our shop each workday.
What You'll Do
- Lead deck construction projects from start to completion
- Supervise and support crew members on job sites
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards
- Coordinate daily tasks and project workflow
- Communicate project progress with leadership
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
- Train and mentor newer team members
- Help create an exceptional customer experience throughout the project

Requirements
- Significant carpentry or construction experience
- Deck building experience strongly preferred
- Leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Ability to read plans and manage project execution
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Must reside within a reasonable distance of Richmond, VA
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality craftsmanship and professionalism
