Residential Cleaning Technician (W-2 Employee)
Two Maids of Pasadena is hiring Residential Cleaning Technicians to serve homes in Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank.
This is a great opportunity for people coming from restaurants, hospitality, retail, or other service industries who want steady daytime hours, weekly pay, and consistent work. No prior cleaning experience is required. We provide training.

$20-$26 per hour including tips

Typical shift is 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Monday-Friday preferred

Job Description
As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you will clean residential homes using our structured system and checklists. You will work independently or in a small team to provide high-quality service and create clean, comfortable homes for our customers.
Responsibilities
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces
Follow cleaning checklists and company procedures
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Travel between client homes as scheduled
Maintain a strong attention to detail and quality
Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
I-9 employment eligibility verification is required before starting
Must be able to pass a background check
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have reliable personal transportation
Must be able to lift 20-25 pounds and perform physical work, including standing, bending, and moving throughout the day
