We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our dynamic team. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing an outstanding experience for our guests in a vibrant atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Create innovative cocktail recipes that reflect current trends and enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Engage with guests to provide recommendations and answer questions about drink offerings.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordination during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in a mixology or bartending role within the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and hospitality best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a fast-paced environment.
