Associate Dentist Opportunity — Phoenix, AZ
We're growing and looking for an associate dentist to join our team; A private practice in the Phoenix AZ area.
The details:
- Compensation: 30% of collections on treatment, x-rays, and exams (hygiene production excluded — our hygienists handle that work)
- Schedule: Thursday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
- Insurance: PPO office with well-negotiated contracts (renegotiated every two years to keep reimbursements strong) — No Medicaid. No Medicare. No HMO.
- Technology: Fully digital office with top-tier equipment, including CBCT and same-day Zirconia crowns.
- Support staff: EFDAs and experienced dental assistants on the team, so you're fully supported chairside
