Ōnin Staffing is hiring Bilingual Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Litchfield Park!
This position is perfect for candidates with experience in construction, landscaping, assembly, carpentry, warehouse production, or hands-on labor work who enjoy working with tools and building products in a team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building and assembling custom wooden shipping crates
- Using hand and power tools safely
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
- Reading simple work instructions and diagrams
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Supporting production goals as part of a team
Skills and Experience:
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 months of experience in general labor, construction, carpentry, landscaping, assembly, or manufacturing
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift, move, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
Schedule:
Monday–Friday with possible overtime and weekend work as needed. 2nd Shift: 1p-9:30p
