Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Conduct department interviews to assess the existing business processes, but comfortable working in a workshop environment
Develop workflows and make recommendations for other process improvements
Develop Swim Lane Diagram, Work Instruction, and other departmental documentation
Work with ERP functional consultants and other developers to determine the best solutions
Work with ERP developers to design/create and consume Application Programming Interface (API) data, as well as document system integrations
Collaborate with team to improve business processes
Monitor assigned tickets and complete them in a timely matter
Follow a standard implementation methodology and produce the high-quality deliverables to specification
Troubleshoot all assigned process and system issues and determine the root cause analysis (RCA)
The ideal candidate shall possess the following:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Computer Science or CIS/MIS preferred
- Strong knowledge of assessing and improving existing business processes
- Working knowledge of and/or possession of professional certifications in process/project management and process improvements methodologies: Scrum, Six Sigma, PMP, etc.
- Experience implementing new processes for additional business requirements
- Working knowledge of API integrating Dynamics NAV with the other third-party systems- REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints are preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of compiling business requirements from the user and working with the technical developers to produce the end solution
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft productivity Platform to include Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. preferred
- 1+ year actual user experience in Dynamics BC 365 preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and develop appropriately design processes and solutions is a must
