Job Title: Nuts & Bolts Counter Sales
Role Overview:
Western Industrial Parts Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Counter Sales team member to assist customers with their industrial parts and supply needs while providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. This role is responsible for helping customers at the sales counter, answering phones, identifying and locating products, processing sales transactions, and supporting daily store and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and willing to learn while working closely with our sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

Main Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, retail, counter sales, or parts experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).
- Ability to learn and identify industrial products and assist customers in finding the correct parts.
- Fastener, hose, hydraulic, industrial supply, automotive, or mechanical knowledge is a plus.

Hours: Full time (Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30 pm)

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
