Summary of Position
Ensure that guests have an enjoyable experience by providing quality customer service. Servers/Cashiers work in the front of the business taking orders, serving food and drinks, and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and answering questions regarding the menu
- Ensuring that dining area is maintained clean and organized
- Setting tables in a timely manner for incoming guests
- Taking orders and processing payment
- Cash Handling
- Serving beverages and desserts
- Responsible for brewing beverages (coffee, tea, iced tea)
- Answering and taking orders over the phone
- Serve as liaison between front and back of the house
