Construction Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. A comprehensive grasp of all construction phases is crucial as is the ability to problem solve.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Understanding of all construction phases.
- Inspect and monitor job sites
- Oversee and ensure that workmanship aligns with plans and selections
- Providing support to project supervisors
- Communicate with subcontractors and coworkers via multiple mediums (phone, email, etc.)
- Scheduling projects and timelines to meet deadlines.
- Detailed budgeting and cost estimating.
- Possible upper management advancement.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
