Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our dedicated team at our Mankato location. This pivotal role involves overseeing office operations and ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly. As an Office Manager, you will contribute significantly to our mission of providing compassionate care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for staff and clients, as needed
- Receive and coordinate new client referrals and intakes.
- Set up training, as needed.
- Work closely with management on the direction of the business.
- Handle vendor relationships and manage procurement processes.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and state regulations.
- Effectively/efficiently work independently.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration.
- Assist with human resources functions, including hiring/mentoring staff.
- Other activities, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Familiarity with office management, scheduling, and human resources practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently, while in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to work proactively to assist with growing the business.
- Maintaining positive connections with case managers.
