In this role, you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact, build strong relationships, and support the overall success of the community by delivering outstanding service and helping individuals find a home that fits their needs.
- Greet prospective residents and provide a professional, friendly, and informative tour experience.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and in person in a timely and courteous manner.
- Present community features, apartment homes, pricing, and lease terms clearly and accurately.
- Guide prospects through the application, screening, and leasing process.
- Follow up with prospective residents to support closing and conversion goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available units, specials, policies, and local market trends.
- Assist with resident retention efforts by providing excellent customer service and addressing concerns professionally.
- Prepare lease documentation and ensure required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Support move-in coordination and help create a positive first impression for new residents.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve occupancy, renewal, and service objectives.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport, ask questions, and understand customer needs.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using computer systems, leasing software, and standard business tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.
