Overview
We are seeking an experienced flooring installer to complete laminate flooring installation in a residential home located in Grey Maine.
Project Overview:
Already purchased all flooring materials.
- Estimated Flooring Area - approximately 316 square feet
Scope of Work:
- Subfloor Replacement: Remove damaged subflooring and securely install new plywood/OSB panels.
- Laminate Installation: Lay down underlayment and install floating laminate plank flooring to manufacturer specs (proper expansion gaps and layout alignment).
- Finish Details: Handle minor door jamb undercutting and install transition/reducer strips at doorways.
- Cleanup: Maintain a clean work area and complete a final walkthrough with the homeowner.
- Fixing the flooring under the cabinet.
Essential Requirements
- Previous laminate flooring installation experience required
- Must have own tools and transportation
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable and able to complete project on schedule
Pay: $500.00 per week
