Help shape the future of our community. T his leadership position is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the operations, programs, and staff within the Planning Division. You’ll lead complex projects, collaborate with community partners, guide long-range planning efforts, and oversee development activities that influence the growth and character of the community. Work is performed under the general direction of the Development Services Director (“supervisor”), with supervision exercised over assigned personnel.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a typical Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Flexible scheduling options, including a 9/80 schedule with alternating Fridays off, may be available.
Selection will be based on overall qualifications, skills testing (if applicable) , and an interview process. The f inal candidate selected will be subject to a comprehensive background/reference check commensurate to the position.
